So the last time I posted, it was this long winded article about how I lost motivation, and was determined to get back on track. That was roughly two months ago.
Since then I’ve found myself doing great for a few days, and then falling back off the motivation train.
This summer it didn’t take anything for me to stay motivated, and hey guess what? With consistency I saw results. So why now is it so hard to stay motivated?
I ask you (my base of followers who I absolutely adore) what do you do to stay motivated. How do you get your mojo back after you’ve lost it?
I’m looking for feedback, anything to help me get back on track. At one point, posting on my blog, being healthy, and just generally kicking ass was my rhythm.
