It’s been a pretty productive few days. Productive is always a positive in my book.
I had my blood pressure check and weigh in with my doctor yesterday. Yesterday marked my 27th day on phentermine. My blood pressure was great at 110/70 and I am down 14lbs.
Yes you read that right. I have lost 14 pounds in 27 days. I am frigging ecstatic.
I still have 60 days left on my med, but I am confident that the weight I am losing will stay off. I will continue losing as planned til I hit my goal.
To track my progress I made a pretty awesome spread for the blog and to track my progress in my new bullet journal (BuJo for short).
Yep Pac-Man is eating away my pounds. I plan on using the colors of the four ghosts (Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Clyde) in rotation as I make my way around the boarder. I also decided to throw in a clothing size tracker.
Tomorrow I am starting a 30 butt and gut challenge. I kept calling it the ass and abs challenge until I read the damn thing again. My best friend (Hi Sandie!) agrees that Ass and Abs is a much cooler name. It’s nothing too intense but will hopefully lift my glutes up so I quit having a smooshed pancake for an ass. =)
